Robert Elding

Robert is Managing Director of Channel Dynamics. He's a conversion and digital product development professional with over 20yrs extensive hands-on experience of strategy, digital transformation and design. Robert has a relaxed and straightforward delivery style and likes to make his workshops as interactive as possible. He has been involved with insight driven product innovation, user experience and usability since the mid 1990s, forging his career at British Airways, leading projects on, The Times Online and for clients of his digital agency. He also studied for the CIM Diploma and has an MA in Marketing.
