Gaining understanding of concepts, techniques and applications within marketing research and customer insights is key, alongside how social, cultural and technological differences influence behaviour.

    Communicating and informing your customers is a key aspect of building a relationship. This module introduces the types of content marketers can create, as well as the channels that can be used to reach key target audiences.
