    It’s part of every-day interaction with suppliers, business partners, and customers as well as internally with bosses, peers, and project teams. It provides a pathway to achieving great results in terms of timelines, price or quality, all of which contribute to bottom line profitability. It is also invaluable in helping to resolve conflict.

    And yet, in recent research carried out by Hays Marketing, half the companies looking to recruit cited ‘communication’ as one of the softer skills in short supply.

    Being an effective negotiator is a core business communication skill that can be learnt. This workshop will explore ways you can get great results using a persuasive, but collaborative, negotiation style, to extend your personal influence and advance your career.
