Prior to Dylis setting up her own consultancy in 2000, she enjoyed senior management positions for 13 years in the corporate world, where she won numerous awards for people development, as well as qualifying for 12 international conferences.
Since then she has worked across the globe with leadership teams from International Companies, helping them to be more effective, successful leaders.
