Kelvin Tong
Kelvin is a dynamic, results-driven leader with nearly 25 years of experience across financial services, consumer goods, education, and non-profit sectors in the Asia Pacific, EMEA, and other regions. Known for a collaborative, people-oriented approach, he excels in business transformation, stakeholder engagement, and cross-cultural leadership. Currently Head of Technology & Operations at AIA Digital+ Malaysia, they drive technology transformation, governance, and employee experience initiatives. Formerly, Kelvin led major cloud transformations at AIA Group and held senior roles in IT and business transformation at British American Tobacco.
Leong Weng Kin
Weng Kin is a seasoned advertising leader with 12+ years in social media and digital strategy, currently serving as Chief Integration Officer at Hakuhodo Malaysia. Known for driving brand impact across top brands like Shell, Toyota, and AIA, he brings expertise in holistic brand strategy, ATL, and BTL marketing. In addition, he has also contributed as a jury member for prestigious awards such as the MSA and Kancil Awards.
Dr Geetha Nadarajan
Dr Geetha Nadarajan graduated with BSc (Hons) Mathematics from National University Malaysia, MSc (Information Technology) from Putra University Malaysia and Phd (Management) in Putra Business School in 2019. She is an experienced practitioner of data science and business strategy with more than 15 years’ experience delivering data-driven insight and strategy in telecommunications, financial, and education industries across ASEAN and North Asia regions. Currently, attached to Sunway Business School, Sunway University, she teaches undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. Her research work includes helping SMEs innovate with data and artificial intelligence (AI) solutions. She also volunteers her time to support the growth of women equity in technology in not for profit organisations such as Women in Artificial Intelligence (Malaysia).
