2:00 PM - Leeds
Join our panel of industry experts to discuss how the concept of brand is changing to encompass much more than just a visual identity.
We will examine what a brand truly represents, and how an organisation’s ethics, culture, history, and approach to sustainability affect its brand and the perceptions both within and outside the organisation. We'll discuss the importance of aligning internal and external brand views and how this influences employee retention, satisfaction, and pride. Additionally, we’ll look at strategies for protecting a brand's identity and reputation, navigating shifts in business direction, and understanding the multifaceted nature of today’s brands.
