Preparation is key to protecting brands and organisations when a crisis hits - especially with the latest threat of cancel culture.
Join CIM and Bournemouth University for their annual marketing communications event that seeks to inspire and create engaging conversation between academia and industry on the latest marketing trends. Led by undergraduate students in their final year of Marketing Communication degrees at Bournemouth University, they form a team and lead the event from idea conception to execution. Supported by the CIM, and formally known as the Mike Warne event, this year's symposium brings the best insights from speakers, organisations and academics on the chosen theme of cancel culture.
Speakers: Amanda Evans, Hannah Holland and Kristian Sturt

Specialising in crisis communications, Amanda is a former Fleet Street journalist with over 20 years experience working on several newspapers including the Daily Mail; News of the World and Daily Mirror.
