Holly deSouza-Ellis

Holly joined CIM in 2012, as a Customer Service Coordinator and have worked in both Customer Experience and Commercial (Training) departments. She has studied and completed two awards from our Level 4 Certificate in Professional Marketing, but the final module is currently on hold since returning to work from maternity leave. Her experience of studying allows her to understand customer pain points as well as to identify improvements for the customer journey and the overall customer experience.
