May 17, 2018
9:00 AM - Bristol
The professional services sector is becoming increasingly more competitive with changes to government regulations, greater consumer expectations and the impact of ‘disruptive technologies’ all having considerable effects on even the smallest of organisations.
At this workshop, we’ll consider how the professional services marketing has often been seen as different from marketing in the traditional, manufacturing sector and how these differences are reducing.
In this session, we’ll discuss the changing marketing environment and investigate how service providers can adapt and develop long-term sustainable growth strategies.
We’ll explore what it means to provide truly excellent service and assess some of the internal management implications and possible barriers that organisations might need to overcome.
Additionally, the significance of digital technology and role of digital marketing and social media will be discussed as part of an integrated marketing campaign. We’ll examine the need for marketing dashboards and the metrics that might be included to assist management and the overall decision-making process. This workshop will provide you with insight into Professional Services marketing and how you can improve your current activity.
It provides a solid base for those relatively new to professional services marketing whilst offering others an opportunity to refresh their knowledge and understanding of the changing marketing environment.
During the workshop, we’ll be covering key aspects of professional services marketing and how it differs from other sectors.
We’ll suggest possible strategies to acquire and retain customers whilst discussing the use of third-party digital services.
The session is designed to provide practical advice and suggestions that can help those involved in digital marketing management activities.
