The Event Design and Management course explores the planning, negotiation, management, logistics, and the psychology of events. It covers how to deal with internal and external stakeholders, implement effective event delivery and establishing ROI. It will also address areas that are becoming increasingly important, including legal compliance, sustainability, and accessibility.
The course also covers the elements of creating and delivering effective and profitable online events. This includes looking at the technology, the management, and the new skills required to deliver events to a ‘virtual’ audience, as well as addressing the new world of ‘hybrid’ events.
This course will benefit those who have responsibility for developing and managing their company’s events portfolio.
