Great, one of the best virtual courses I've attended. Delivery-wise wise the course leader was clear and upfront about the structure, gave plenty of breaks, and there was lots of interactivity with no awkward silences. Content-wise - lots of interesting examples and anecdotes that brought the subject to life, I would have liked more time to discuss the different social platforms and measurements but I appreciate it was a lot to fit into 1 day.
