Join us at grade-II listed country house, Minstead Lodge in the beautiful surroundings of the New Forest, to hear how Minstead Trust approaches its marketing. We’ll hear about the life-changing work of the Trust and from one of the Trust’s current adult learners.
Our guest speaker Dawn Wood - the Trust’s Development Director - talks about some of its successes before giving delegates the chance to participate in a workshop to discuss some of the challenges the charity faces. This provides an opportunity to share ideas with fellow marketing professionals and take away some best practice tips.
Dawn Wood has been Director of Development at the Minstead Trust for
just over four years. She manages a small team responsible for all
aspects of business development, from strategic developments for
Minstead Trust, promoting its social enterprises, marketing Minstead
Lodge as a conference and events venue, and fundraising. Prior to
joining Minstead Trust, Dawn was a Management Consultant specialising in
working with not-for-profits to help them improve their business
planning and impact reporting.
The Minstead Trust is a Hampshire charity that supports adults with learning disabilities with training, residential care and supported living. Its focus is on providing work skills, life skills and better health and wellbeing for people with learning disabilities. The Trust’s unique style delivers highly effective services based on a strong community spirit which values each individual.

If you are just joining us for the event itself, registration and networking is from 15:00, with tea and cake served from 15:15. The event will start at 15:30 and finishes at 16:45.
