Join us to hear Joanne Wiggan, Director of Digital Experience at The Royal Mint dive into these topics and share:
• Real-life examples of legacy brands and the need to diversify to remain relevant and also attract new target audience. Case studies from Gleneagles, Ribble and Volvo
• Personal experiences on how to leverage digital tools to deliver exceptional customer experiences that increase brand engagement
