Resilient Marketing: Key insights from the latest CIM event at Henley Business School

On 08 October 2024, we returned to the beautiful Greenlands campus of Henley Business School for the annual Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) and Henley Business School event for senior marketers and CMOs. The event, centered on the theme of ‘driving business performance and long-term success’, builds on the last year's inaugural event and his year’s half-day program was even more engaging, insightful, and impactful.

We kicked off the event with welcomes from CIM’s chief executive Chris Daly, who provided an overview of CIM’s Global Professional Marketing Framework, followed by welcomes from Adrian Palmer, Professor of Marketing at Henley Business School and myself as Chair of the Southeast regional committee. The agenda for the afternoon was packed with topics that are incredibly relevant to today’s marketing landscape, and our lineup of expert speakers from across the industry delivered practical insights we could all take away and use.
