This is the fourth short course I've done with CIM this year and the second with Graham Hansell (did the SEO one in May), and he is a great teacher. He's personable and approachable and really knows his stuff. I found it interesting, challenging in places and a lot of content packed into a day. The real examples, tools and tips are great and will make it easier to apply what I've learnt.
