    Millions of people suffered from insomnia before COVID19, and unfortunately, the pandemic has created a host of new challenges even for people who previously had no sleeping problems. Giles Watkins, author of ‘Positive Sleep’, explains why good quality sleep is so important for your health and productivity both personally and professionally. During the session he’ll draw on his previous challenges with insomnia and blend simple science with practical advice to help us learn how to sleep better and live better.

    Giles Watkins chairs Vistage Group, a peer group for SME CEOs. He is also a mentor, executive coach and facilitator. He has over 30 years of global business and management experience in enabling decision makers to solve problems, achieve balance, deliver superior results and sleep better at night.

    Giles’ book ‘Positive Sleep’ is a straightforward guide to sleeping well, with tried and tested tips and tools that the author used to overcome his own sleep issues.

    The webinar is kindly hosted by CIM Greater London and will last approximately 40 minutes with a Q&A session after the presentation.
