    Delegates will hear from experts in an informal session which is aimed at marketing managers and business owners (SMEs).

    Customer experience expert Kristy Davies-Sumpter from Zest Consultancy will take you on a journey through the ever-evolving world of customer and employee experience, insights into what’s hot and what’s not and uncover how mindsets and processes play a big part of business success.

    Content and PR expert Nicky Rudd of Padua Communications will talk about how companies can use content marketing as an onboarding tool as a means of upselling and turning customers into brand fans and to keep existing customers happy after the initial shine of being a new customer has passed.
